This theme is the Bus Full of Hippies theme, which I ported to Tumblr myself. You can install it in the theme garden, or preview it first.
“Stronger” by Kanye West, featuring Daft Punk (they are the guys with helmets at the beginning). Clearly the video is based on Akira, and the music samples Daft Punk’s Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger. Unfortunately the lyrics are typical contemporary rap junk. Oh well.
